ASK/OOK RF Products

SYN113/SYN115/SYN115H/SYN117 are the ASK/OOK (on-off keying) transmitter chips, which are simple, easy to use and with high performance, applied in 300-450MHz wireless RF remote control area. The RF frequency range of SYN900T is 450-1000MHz。 This chip is the monolithic transmitting device of true sense for “digital signal input, antenna frequency AM signal output”. Compared with SYN113, SYN115 can automatically enter the sleep mode when there’s no signal input.

The chip are particularly prominent in the following three properties: output power, supply voltage and working temperature. In the output power, the chip SYN113/SYN115 can provide +10 DBM output power in a 50 ohm load, which almost makes the transmitter operate at the limit of transport rule and the ultra small size shaped transmitter (loss antennas) possible, while SYN117 can raise output power to +13 DBM. In the supply voltage, the chip SYN113/SYN115/ SYN117 can work in the voltage between 1.8V to 3.6V, so that most of the battery can work until the battery limit, while many transmitters IC of this band will cease operation when it is below 2.0V. SYN115H is a high voltage version, which can support 12V battery to supply power and provide 3V LDO output, whose output power also reached +18dBm (315MHz).
